PharmEng are currently sourcing a Senior SAP Consultant

for the implementation of the OTC module of SAP, in conjunction with the Supply
Chain Management Material Handling Process Steward (SCM MH PS). This will
include the definition of the process from creation of shipping order demands
through to order settlement and reports to completion of any testing
requirements. In addition the assignment will include the deployment of
capacity modeling / analysis using the SAP tool.

The assignment will include the creation and design of standardized processes at the
site. The assignee will be responsible for process
documentation/maps SOP creation, planning, training and change management and
Module deployment in regards to SAP OTC. In addition he/she will be responsible
for Identification of Master data updates required as a result of the
Implementation of the OTC module and co-ordinate updates with local Information
(Data) Stewards

Primary activities & Responsibilities

Interact with senior leaders (Global,
Regional and site) to assess and understand business requirements, communicate
project plans and status.

Translate business requirements to project
plans, organization design and service management.
Manage project plans and mitigate risks to
ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery.

Exhibit excellent communication and
interpersonal skills along with demonstrated experience working with global and
cross-functional teams.

Determine access rights and secure
information.

Manage change to information definition and
rules.
Develop and Deliver training requirements and
delivery of End User training based on Audience analysis
Monitor, measure, and sustain data quality
and resolve issues.
Communicate business value.
Be a SAP system expert,
consistently applying Lean Six Sigma and Enterprise Process
Management principles to problem solving activities and process design.
Format, write, deliver and review SAP
documentation in line with the standard approval process, and facilitate others
to do so. Documents will include SOP’s, SWI’s, training documents, change
controls and testing documentation
Participate in the Community of Practice and
other above site initiatives to help drive business objectives. Stay well aligned with SAP global groups and with SAP counterparts at
other Company sites
Effective liaison with site users to ensure
systems meets requirements and is operable. Ensure that objectives are
effectively achieved, consistent with Company's requirements to ensure
compliance, safety and reliable supply to our customers

Qualifications/Experience

  • A minimum of 4-5 years relevant work
    experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration
    (Supply Chain, Project Management, Logistics Planning, Procurement, Finance,
    Human Resources, and Business Planning) or equivalent required.
  • Extensive Knowledge of SAP required.
  • Broad understanding and knowledge of
    applicable business processes.
  • Solid oral and written communication and
    interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and collaborative focus.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma preferred.
