Supply Chain Co-ordinator
Our client is a Dublin based fast expanding pharmaceutical company. Continued rapid growth has led to the need for a newly created role : Supply Chain Co-ordinator.
Job Spec :
· Liaise with commercial department for regular sales forecasts.
· Analyse requirements and provide monthly forecasts to contract manufacturing organisations.
· Place purchase orders and confirm delivery dates.
· Store information in line with departmental guidelines to ensure effective retrieval (Both electronic& paper filing)
· Provide support and assist team members on special projects.
· Assist with or provide responses to internal and external queries, as appropriate.
· Miscellaneous administration duties as required.
· Maintenance of Purchase Orders & Purchase information records.
· Managing statistics, Reports and chasing action items.
· Generate periodic (weekly, monthly, etc) reports, as well as various other reports as needed.
Person Spec :
· Qualification in Procurement/Purchasing or similar relevant qualification.
· 5+ years of Procurement/ Purchasing experience.
· Experience in the pharmaceutical/ medical device/ healthcare industry.
· Strong computer literacy skills including SAP and MS Office.
· Proficiency in Advance Excel.
· Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work.
· Ability to prioritise and manage your own time efficiently.
· Strong communication skills.
· Good numeric skills and excellent attention to details.
· Analytical and problem solving skills.
· An ability to deal with customers and vendors in a professional manner.
