Zevas Communications, a leading outsource company has a vacancy for an experienced Team Leader. As a Team Manager you need to actively manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team. Focus of the role is on planning, coaching, prioritising, performance managing, allocation of work and leading the team to achieve SLAs and KPIs. Knowledge of a Dialler system an advantage.

Responsibilities

    Performance managing, allocation of work and leading the team to achieve SLAs and KPIs Ensuring Sales Agents receive appropriate training, both initially and on an ongoing basis. Coach and mentor Sales Agents on a continuous basis. Reviewing staff performance on a continuous basis. Development of a positive working environment for the team. Handling calls that have been escalated from the Sales Agents Motivating the team to achieve all key performance metrics. Developing a positive communication environment within the team. Develop systems, process and team members to achieve superior levels of service enhancing the client relationship. Carrying out administration functions in an accurate, diligent and timely manner. Maintaining staffing levels in accordance with planning requirements.
