The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese and English languages both written and spoken. Have excellent organizational and communication skills and a genuine love of working with the public. Possess a pleasant personality, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, flexible availability, and the desire to service a high volume of customers quickly and efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide customer service order taking to customers. Answer calls and emails within department stated goals. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction on calls and emails. Escalate questions and issues to Customer Service Supervisor as required. Perform other duties as determined by Customer Service Supervisor and Management. Adherence to current Company policies and guidelines. Qualification Requirements:
1-2 years Customer Service/Call centre experience desired. Multi-lingual native Portuguese and English both written and spoken. Fluency in another European language would be significant advantage. Candidates MUST be an EU citizen or have FULL visa rights to live/work in Ireland. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft based programs. In-depth internet knowledge. Ability to work under time constraints. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform well as a team member.
