Retail Company requires an Accountant to take control of its finance function with specific responsibility for maintaining the nominal ledger and production of monthly management accounts.

The job will require an individual with strong IT skills, and someone with either proven experience of leading a team, or the capabilities to do so. The position will include preparing weekly, and monthly accounts, preparing budgets and forecasting. Ad - hoc duties as prescribed.

The position will report to the Managing Director.

Essential requirements include an accountancy qualification and financial accounting experience along with a working knowledge of Sage.

A remuneration package consistent with the level of appointment will be provided to the successful candidate.
