My client, a leading company within the construction industry based South Dublin are currently looking for a part time HR Assistant to cover maternity leave for 8 - 12 months.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment and induction process
  • Monitoring employee benefits including healthcare and pension
  • Monitoring and recording of all types of leave from the company
  • Maintain and update the Staff Handbook in line with employment legislation
  • Advise staff/management regarding any employee relations issues which may arise
  • Develop and maintain the Training Plan in conjunction with the HR Director
  • Management and co-ordination of all HR administration


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years HR experience
  • HR qualification and knowledge of employment law is essential
  • Good knowledge of MS packages
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation
