Welocalize, founded in 1997, is a fast growing, privately held, venture backed company. The company’s services include globalization consulting, translation, localization and testing solutions for applications and content including software, multimedia, learning services and mobile applications.

HR Administration

Provision of high volume HR administrative support on a day to day basis to the HR team covering Ireland, UK and France.
Including
· Health Care administration
· Pension administration
· New starters administration
· Issue Contracts in compliance with local labour law and Company standards
· ISO compliant documentation
· Leavers administration
· Status change administration
· File Document management
· Liaise with finance on payroll amendment
· Maintain the local HR files
· Contractor and headcount listings
· Email group listings
· Ensuring all purchase orders and invoices are processed for prompt payment for the HR purchases
· Time tracker administration
· Administration of secondment documentation
· Collation of metrics for HR reporting
· Start up of overseas payroll provisions where needed
· Health and Safety documentation
· Assist in co-ordination of training projects
· Completion of training related record management

There will be opportunities for involvement in employee relations and performance management for the right person.


Job Requirements

The candidate must have:

· HR Degree or Business Degree with HR component
· Must have excellent attention to detail
· Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· 1-2 Years Administration or HR experience
