Job Responsibilities and Key Objectives
VMware is seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the SEMEA Inside Sales Team, which has a headcount of 26 people including a direct report team of 3 sub-regional managers. The majority of team are in IPBM (Inside Partner Business Manager) roles with a smaller team of BDR’s (Business Development Reps).

This position requires excellent communication and organisational skills as it interacts with Field Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners and multiple other internal VMware departments. The SEMEA Inside Sales Regional Manager is primarily responsible for optimising results from the IS resources supporting their region, including:
• Supporting field-based Territory Partner Business Managers.
• Taking primary responsibility for driving growth in the unmanaged Partner segment in region.
• Providing effective Partner enablement through various enablement programs.
• Providing effective lead management for VMware supplied leads to our Channel Partners.

Requirements:
• A persistent self-starter.
• Proven track record of successful sales management and the ability to inspire others.
• Minimum 3 years of successful team management experience within an IT call centre environment.
• Experience with coaching and mentoring large teams.
• Excellent people management, organization and interpersonal skills.
Fluency, written and spoken in both English and French.
• A team player with the ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment with a requirement to work with others for broader success.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
