We have a unique opportunity for a Staff Nurse with either some people management expereince or managment ability to take on a role as a Senior Staff Nurse for my client in the mid-west. This post is ideal for a staff nurse with elderly care experience, who is keen to progress within their career. The role has similar responsbilites to a CNM, while at the same time remaining hands on in terms of patient care.
You will report directly to the CNM & DON on duty for a Large sized,State of the art nursing home, with a very good reputation. You will assist the DON to lead, teach and support the nursing team and take assist in taking responsibility for the day to day running of this vibrant Nursing Home.
Interested candidates must:
Have 3-5 years experience as a R.G.N.
Have or be eligible for full registration with the An Bord Altranais
Have experience in Care of the Elderly
Interested in Staff development and training
Management course is desirable
