Salary €65+
The Director of Nursing is responsible the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to our Residents.
Reporting to the Provider, the selected DON will ensure that set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded.
Proven track record and ability to manage and lead teams in a fast paced environment a must.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills also required.
Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of regulatory compliance and HIQA standards.
Knowledge of dementia requirement and services a plus.
Must have worked with the elderly 3 of the last 6 years.
