Contract HR Manager
Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding global technology company. As a strategic business partner, this role will engage with senior management, participating in developing overall HR strategy and long range planning to maximize the company’s COE (Centre of Excellence) goals and business objectives.
Act as primary strategic HR resource and business partner for assigned function. Will also contribute to the strategic direction and formulation of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems and initiatives. Maintains current knowledge base of legal and regulatory trends in order to effectively counsel organization leaders and reduce potential business liabilities. Is actively engaged in the functional strategic decisions involving the efficient use of human resources.
Provide policy advice, guidance and training to managers in all aspects of Employee Relations including disciplinarians, grievances and performance management
Relevant degree with a minimum of 8+ years of HR experience at a management level. Demonstrable success in leading teams with ability to provide direction, support and development to the HR team. Results driven and will have excellent generalist experience
Have strong relationship building skills
Possess a strong commercial outlook
Have a sound background in Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits
Good reporting skills (particularly in PeopleSoft and Excel)
Ability to analyse data, spot trends and make recommendations for change
Capable of being self supporting and administratively self sufficient
