Our client based in Naas has an urgent requirement for an experienced Receptionist with strong Administrative skills. You will be required to work from Monday to Friday from 3.00pm to 6.00pm. This role is paying €12.50 per hour. Your role will include:
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Receive and sort post and deliveries
• Act as full time cover when receptionist on holidays/ leave
• Manage office stationary supplies, placing orders, unpacking orders and processing purchase orders
• Manage kitchen and cleaning supplies, placing orders, unpacking orders and processing purchase orders
• Keep the storage areas tidy and free from clutter
• General Ad hoc administration tasks as assigned
Person Specification
You will have strong administrative and people skills. You will have had experience working on a busy reception area. Hosting experience will be an advantage. If this is you please contact Edel on 045 881 888.
