PharmEng are sourcing a Facilities / building services engineer or a Facilities Management professional to work on a contract until the end of this year.

Tasks include:

Supporting Facilities Coach (Manager) in developing and managing outsourced service provider.

Cost improvements in cleaning / disinfection regimes, building fabric maintenance, waste and catering.

Update documentation and processing change controls to effect transfer of functions to outsourced service provider.

Improvements to building fabric maintenance, environmental, access control and CCTV documentation and programmes.

Assist with routine operational facilities issues.

Requirements:

Strong soft services background ie cleaning, pest control etc. and some building maintenance experience is essential.

GMP Pharma experience in FDA/IMB regulated environment.

Ideally exposure to Lean Six Sigma principles

Hazardous waste experience.

Ideally 10 years plus experience working in a similar role

3rd level qualification is preferred
