As a result of winning significant additional contracts, Avalon Voice & Data are now recruiting for this full time role, fixed term contract 12 Months.

The position is in the hospitality sector and includes the following responsibilities :

Monitor and maintain group servers (mainly W2003 server)

Desk Top Support

Good working Knowledge of IP addressing, DHCP, Subnets, Vlan’s, Firewall and port forwarding.

Knowledge of Cat5e cabling systems, termination and tracing.

Telecoms knowledge, maintaining Nortel Meridian and BCM products with the help of in-house higher level support.

Maintain Wi-fi and Wireless bridge products including Wan links.

Planning and implementing system upgrades.
